This is a compelling read that comes in three perspectives, that of the girl being stalked, her best friend, and the stalker.
It kind of reminds me of “You” by Caroline Kepnes minus the dark comedy and rated-x scenes. Lol. But the premise is kind of similar. With the heavy media presence of the girl, the stalker is given easy and accessible access.
This one’s kind of more mysterious though because the identity of the stalker is revealed only later in the story. Also it’s a whole lot creepier what with that scary basement apartment with a window that looks out into an alley giving the stalker a perfect view of the sleeping Audrey. Yikes!
Also, there’s that twist in the end that makes you second guess about the motives of the characters, makes you question which one really is the bad guy. I understand now the significance of those POVs
